NYT: Colorado among the worst in safety net services

A New York Times article this past weekend reported on the tattered safety net services across many states, where families impacted by the recession are struggling mightily. The article included six different rankings. Colorado ranked among the worst ten states in five of those rankings, and is dead last in the composite ranking of all six categories.
