Post: State vetoes efforts to speed up aid

The Denver Post has a good article today laying out how the state is dragging its feet (yet again) in trying to fix the Colorado Benefits Management System. Meanwhile, in the real world, backlogs and delays continue for people trying to get the vital services they need - as Colorado remains among the worst states in the country in terms of safety net services.
